Welcome to Tea Tastic! We’re so glad you’re here. Before we get to the good stuff
(the tea), here are a few ground rules for using our website and ordering our
drinks.

1. Local Love & Pickup
We love our Redondo Beach community! Please note that all online orders are for
in-person pickup only at our physical shop. We do not offer shipping or delivery
at this time. Once your order is ready, come on by and say hi!

2. The "No Regrets" Policy (Refunds)
Because our drinks are handcrafted and made-to-order just for you, all online
orders are final and non-refundable. If for some reason we made a mistake with
your brew, let us know immediately at the counter so we can make it right!

3. Ordering & Payment
When you order through our site, you're promising that you're really you and that
you intend to come pick up your tea. To keep your information safe, we use secure
third-party payment processors. Tea Tastic never stores your credit card or
payment details on our own servers.

4. California Life
These terms are governed by the laws of the great State of California. Any disputes
will be handled right here in our local neck of the woods (Los Angeles County).

When you join our community or place an order, we might ask for your name,
email, or phone number. We collect this solely to make your ordering experience
smoother and to keep you in the loop.

occasional updates about new seasonal flavors, special Redondo Beach events, or
"tea-tastic" discounts.

We are in the business of making tea, not selling data. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data stays with us, period.

4. Payment Security
As mentioned in our shop rules, your sensitive financial data never touches our
servers. It is handled entirely by our secure payment partners (Clover) to ensure you stay protected.

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Because we are in California, you have the right to ask us what info we have on
you or ask us to delete it entirely. Just send us a note, and we’ll take care of it!
